45days - 31 days before the day of the trip/hotel room/transportation/other service we charge 0% of the total amount.

30days - 15 days before the day of the trip/hotel/room/transportation/other service we charge 25% of the total amount.

14days - 8 days before the day of the trip/hotel room/transportation/other service we charge 50% of the total amount.

7days before the day of the trip/hotel room/transportation/other service we charge the 100% of the total amount.
